Meet the Owners!

Hello campers! We are Dan & Meredith Nutt, the owners of Cedar RV Park. We purchased the park in December of 2020, relocating from Fox Island, Washington to embark on a new adventure and bring our favorite experiences of RV traveling to our guests.

We have enjoyed RV traveling and RV camping for over 25 years, spending many summers and holidays when our kids were young venturing throughout the Pacific Northwest. As our youngest started traveling for baseball we always preferred to travel and stay in our RV rather than a hotel in order to experience new parks and places.

After growing up a farm boy in the Yakima Valley and then serving 12 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, Dan pursued a career in the tug and barge industry, sailing as a Captain of tugs towing barges on the West Coast and in Alaska before transitioning to a shore job and is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs for Kirby Offshore Marine in Houston, Texas. Meredith was a school bus driver for over 15 years with the Peninsula School District in Gig Harbor, WA and now is a bus driver for the Selkirk schools. She also keeps her hands full raising two Miniature Poodle pups.
